It is the 3rd time in Caye Caulker this week and I don’t remember why the other visits but this one I am excited about. First time I am getting in the water with expensive gear to experiment some new techniques. The objective: get a good action shot for the water sports section of Destination Belize. I really wanted to get away from the typical hobbie cats, planche à voile etc… I had seen these kiteboard guys go up and down all day long (yes they do this for a living) on previous visits to Caye Caulker. So to make a long story short, I met with Rodolph from KiteXplorer and next thing I knew I was in the water firing away at these fast moving targets on the surface and in the air. Rodolph did mention that this was probably the hardest sport to photograph and I think he is right. Results far from perfect but there are some good frames I think!
