Caves have always been a favorite subject of mine to photograph. It is also one of the hardest for obvious reasons. I think I have found the key to the puzzle though… make sure you go with a group! The amount of light generated by all those new LED head lamps as well as high ISO’s and some magic really provided surprising results. The guides at Ian Anderson’s Caves Branch operation were great and helped out a lot with gear which is always nice when you are trying to do Video/Photographs at the same time
